The Aanand L Rai film, featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles, has been slammed by audience and critics alike.

Zero box office collection Day 1: There was a time when fans waited eagerly for a Shah Rukh Khan film. However, they have become rather disillusioned with their favourite superstar over the years, after duds like Jab Harry Met Sejal. Yet, when Zero was announced, they hoped that their favourite superstar would recreate magic once again. Director Aanand L Rai had promised to repair SRK’s relationship with this film.

Sadly, that doesn’t seem to be happening. The film has been slammed by critics and audience alike, which is going to harm the business of the film. The film has earned around Rs 20.14 crore, which beats the first day collection of Jab Harry Met Sejal.

ZERO MOVIE REVIEW

Zero might have a small advantage during Christmas. The Aanand L Rai film is expected to benefit from the holiday on Tuesday.

Zero, which also stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, features special appearances by Sridevi, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Abhay Deol and R Madhavan. Zero seems SRK playing a vertically challenged man, and Anushka Sharma has a wheelchair-bound scientist and Katrina as a troubled actress.

To make matters worse, Zero has become prey to online piracy and fake reviews. While Shah Rukh’s entry scene in the film was leaked on Twitter, several fake reviews are doing the rounds on the internet.
