Prep for Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s upcoming wedding towards the year-end is on in full swing in Bangalore and Mumbai, where the families of the actors are based. While they have yet to fi nalise the date, Mirror has learnt that the couple has zeroed in on a wedding planner who is scouting for an international destination for the wedding.

“Both Ranveer and Deepika are extremely private and do not wish to have a lavish wedding with a long guest list. The ceremony will be away from the media glare, classy and intimate, with only family and close friends in attendance. That’s the plan,” informs a source close to the development, adding two receptions in India are also being planned. “One of them will definitely be in Mumbai, the venue is being finalised.”

Mirror had earlier reported that four dates between September and December have been locked for the wedding of the year and the chosen one will be revealed soon.

The actors struck up a close friendship on the set of Sanjay Leela Bhanasli’s action-romance Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram-Leela and have been dating for the last five years. Both have resolutely refused to talk about their relationship till a month ago when Deepika, who is presently in the US, opened up and called her beau “mine”, going on to reveal that she is extremely protective of him and honest with her feedback.
