The story is about a villian who always live in dark, with two side kicks, goes after an aged scientist who is developing a chip which is when inserted in humans will have that person to work according to his command. But the made scientist insert the chip in the engine of a car and then the car gets super powers. It is basically a comedy movie having no attractive dialogues except “ chup chaap chip mere hawale kar do” which exist from beginning till the end of the movie. The role of Navin Prabhakar was not so attractive and over the entire movie has a dull script and dialogues. The movie fails to attract the audiences as it does not have anything apart from comedy and it also seems to be boring at times.
