Something something 2 is an Oria romantic comedy film directed by Sudhakar Vasanth and produced by Anuprakash Mohanty under the banner of Vishnu Priya Art and Graphics. The film is sequel to 2011 super hit film something something. The film have Anubhav Mohanty and Barsha Priyadarshani in the lead roles. This is the first ever sequel of an Oriya film and the grand success of the first part motivated the film crew for a second part. The earlier version of this film surpassed 100 days of screening in 2012. No doubt this part is also a box office super hit and are running successfully in packed houses for the three months and surely may run like this for the coming months too. May be coincidental that the film deals with a marriage and the problems and solutions in married life. The lead characters are handled by a new couple just married and it is their first film after the marriage. The director tells the story in a humorous, but a fascinating way. It lacks no consistency and he had succeeded in clubbing the scenes of the film in a manner that takes the audience to a different world but with out boring them. He knows how comedy can do wonders in a story if one knows how to use it. Both the hero and heroin delivers their best performance in recent times and its success is definitely a gift for them for their recent marriage.
