Rang Rasia is a Hindi drama film directed by Ketan Mehta. Deepa Sahi and Ananad mehendroo are the producers of the film. The main stars of the film are Randeep Hooda, Nandana Sen and a new comer Feryana Wazheir.

This film is based on the life of the 19th –century Indian painter Raja Ravi Verma. Kethan Metha who is a great admirer of Raja Ravi verma directed this film based on the Marathi biographical novel on Raja Ravi Verma. We can see a true picture of Raja developed in a clearcut manner in this film. Randeep Hooda and Nandana Sen acted well and 100 percent effort were given to fulfill their respective roles. In this film we can come across many sensitive scenes which seems to be a true representation of the painter’s character. He tried to represent anything coming infront of him even nudity was just an aesthetic representation of real things for him.

We can say that Ketan Mehta had succeeded in his attempt to scribe Raja Ravi Verma before us in a classical manner. Though with minor defects as part of screenplay which can be avoidable, the film is a well deserved attempt by Ketan Metha.
