Phantom is an action thriller movie of Bollywood directed by Kabir Khan. Sajid Nadiadwala  and Siddharth Roy Kapur are the producers of this film. It was released on August 2015 and running successfully all over India and abroad. Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif are in lead roles with some other famous actors. The story is based on the book written by Husain Zaid’s Mumbai Avengers on the aftermath of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.

Phantom unfolds the story of a Retired officer and his Subordinate, who fight vigorously against the terrorist who killed many in a famous Indian city. In the attack many innocent people including some army peresonels lost their life and after that the terrorist escaped from the scene. But the R.A.W. chief with his trusted enthusiastic men tried to follow and annihilate them, slowly they understood their helplessness and remembered of a great patriotic army officer Daniyal Khan (Saif Ali Khan) and appointed him as the leader of the covert mission. Katrina kaif plays the role of a Parsi girl, Nawaz mistry and becomes the right hand of the hero in his battle against terrorism. The film hails to be a patriotic one and the two big K’s (Khan and Katrina) mission to destroy the terrorists will horripilate and will bring you to the top of anxiety. Some adventurous scenes are very similar to Hollywood movies and the technical and dialogue perfection is an advantage of the film. In Bajjarangi Bajjan we saw some bright side of pakisthan and its people but contrary to that a very dark scrupulous side of pak terrorism  is revealed in it. The two super actors (K’s) are performing competitively  and their act is very pleasant to watch even among the  horrific scenes of brutality by the terrorists. The film received mixed response from the critics but that did not reflect in the collection of the film. The film released in 2600 screen in India alone and overseas report was also positive to declare that it is a hit at the box offices. The Pak authorities ban this film in their country but it is reported that there was a huge demand from the people for the unathorised CD’s of this film. Bollywood Hangama states as follows on Khan’ performance; “focused, clinical and precise, as the role demands”. While stating that kaif is “able support” to Khan. A watchable one which finally wake up your patriotism to the highest levels.
