Once they had a quarrel with some auto drivers and all the four were surrounded by them. Since they already had a bad name police arresred them and the union leader of auto drivers, who was tender at heart arranged bail for them. He tried to enlighten them. They saw the sufferings of a drivers family because of them. One driver had lost his hand in that quarrel and he was the backbone of the family. They feel repentant for their actions and this incident turned their life. They become good citizens. When they become good there came a lover also for Chandru. Then some unexpected incidents make more complication in their life and will they be able to conquer all these are part of the later story.

Pandya recived negative reviews more and it is was a flop at the boxoffice. The film was not to the expectations and script, screenplay, performances are well below average. It is about the modern society but it became a routine and nothing new to contribure. The only thing worth to mention is the performance of Spoorthi and manasi, but their performance also couldnot salvage the film.
