‘Naaigal jaakirathai’ (Eng:- Beware of dogs) is a Tamil comedy/thriller film produced by Sathyaraj under the banner Nathabal film Factory. The film is written and directed by Shakti Sounder Rajan. The film casts Sibi Satyaraj (sathyaraj’s son) and a shephered dog from Belgium named Idoh.

Karthik (Sibiraj) is a sincere police officer who has acquired a name of his own. A girl was kidnapped by a very strong gang leader and the duty of that case was entrusted to karthik. He with a strong force attacked the enemies but unfortunately couldn’t release her but in the fierce encounter three persons including karthik’s friend were killed. Karthik was seriously injured. Near by his house a military officer, Subramani had a trained dog and it had the ability to nab culprits and to decipher a crime scene. Since Subramani wanted to go for an urgent visit he entrusted the dog to karthik and he reluctantly take acre of it. But within no time he came to know the abilities of the dog and it became so acquaintance to him so he decided to use the dog for his further enquiry. Anbu Das the leader of the gang abduct karthik’s mother and buried alive in a coffin where there were only a limited air. With the help of the web camera access he could understand the seriousness of the situation and he concluded that she is trapped in Ooty because he heard rainy water falling and it was the only place of rainy season at that time. Karthik Went to Ooty with Idoh and he met with Anbu. Before he could do anything he also was trapped. Can he save himself and his mother? For interesting adventurous scenes performed by Idoh on how he helped karthik to rescue and sacrifice his life watch the film.

It was a super hit film of 2014 in Tamailnadu. All received the film warmly. It received positive reviews and it crew succeeded in malking it interesting funfilled entertainer with charming moments. The here of the show is both Idoh and karthik. This is one of the authentic dog based films after a long time in Tamil and Idoh catched everyones mind with his splendid performance. With some unrealistic situations that makes the dog a supernatural element the film is a watchable one for its screenplay, engaging climax and direction.
