Kidnap is an Oriya thriller/suspense film Directed by Srimanchala Nayak and Produced by Lokanath Das. Mina ketan, Puspa panda and Runu Mahapatra are in lead roles in this film. The film’s story is about a father whose daughter is kidnapped. As a loving father he can’t afford her lost and it shows his mental strain and struggle to get her back.But when she was about to release from the kidnappers the unexpected thing happend andd the story goes on. It is a many time repeated subject and from the beginning of the history of films kidnapping also started. But to deliver this in an innovative way is something great. The frustrated father, frightened daughter and furious kidnapper all played their roles quite handsomely. That is only the plus point of the film.
