Khushi Khushiyagi is a Kannada romantic comedy film of 2015. This film was directed by Yogi G Raj and produced by A Hariprasad Rao and A Prasad Chaudhary. The film features Ganesh as the hero, Amulya and Namdini Rai as heroines. Kushi Khushiyagi is an official remake of the Telugu block buster Gunde jaari Gallanthayyinde (2013), which was directed by Vijay Kumar Konda. The story is on an innocent character, who mistakenly in love with the owner of a phone number whome he assumed is the one in his mind and adored by him. Raj (Ganesh) attended a friends marriage function and happend to see a beautiful girl, Shruthi there. At first sight itself he lure her and pasted her in his heart as his future company in life. Actually he fall flat before her and with much difficulty arranged her phone number. The twist of the story is that when he tried to contact her lover using this number another girl was on the other end and both of therm didn't know it, later when they understood all these it was actually too late to untie the knot and problem became more and more complicated. In the middle Sruthi's actual lover suspects them and they knew that they are jumping to fire from the frying pan. As the story moves on Raj got some surprising news about the truth behind the mistaken phone call. What was the surprising news about the phone call? Was he able to convince his real love towards her actual love? But the fake call gave hope to an innocent girl and she waited for her lover. Will she be able to fulfill her dream? O, so many questions! But I won't spoil the anxiety and you can watch it in theater and find the answers. The film received positively among the audience and critics. Though its Telugu version was a block buster the Kannada version couldn't make a way through such heights, but it was a hit film and run in packed houses for some weeks. The Ganesh-Amulya pair once again proved their star value and people always accepts the chemistry between them passionately. The director had changed the orginal story a little by adding it a bit humorous and it was affected the story part a little but gave it a proper prepotion. Though the story has some resembles with another stories It is only quiet natural and the director by introducing a successful pair overcome this prejudice. If we set aside some unrealistic situations, it is a family entertainer by the crew and they have succeded in making a hit.
