As the film name suggest, the film is all about to take a chance by dance who have a dream to make something big on big screen. Shahid kapoor as Sameer is the person with that dream, played the role with full of enthusiasm. He gets support from his dance choreographer Gelina D'souza as Tina Sharma when he was struggling for his career. Finally, he gets the opportunity to participate in the dance reality show. Unfortunately, Shahid's luck did not favored though putting lots efforts in doing so many auditions. He impresses Mohnish Behl as a movie director to give him a break in his upcoming movie. But again the luck did not favored due to the twist in the movie as it was not a tale about the talent hunt program. Luck by Chance was the film released last year which depicts the same story line. The film is very much predictable right from starting to the end. As a result of this you do not remain involved with the film for most of the part. The story line failed to grip the viewers especially in the second half. I can summarize like it is the film about Shahid's dance, Gelina's charm and shaking music.

The film is about the struggler who wants to be an actor. You will find this kind of storyline very frequently which is very expecting right from beginning to the end. The story of the film does not have anything new. It is Shahid Kapoor who is the struggler and everything happens in his struggle by chance. The only thing which is worth watching in the film is Shahid Kapoor. According to me Shahid can do better than this. The most memorable and appreciable part of the film is Shahid kapoor body and dance. Not more than that. The music of the film is not better than Jab We M met or Kismat Connection. The film has situational dance tracks with hip-hop and Punjabi flavor which will make you dance.
