Bham Bolenath
Bham Bolenath is a Telungu crime/comedy film of 2015 released in February last. The film is directed by Karthik Varma Dandu, while Siruvuri Rajesh Varma under the banner RCC Entertainments produced it. The film features Navdeep and pooja Zaveri in lead roles with Naveen Chandra, Posani, pradeep Machiraju and Kireeti Damaraju in supporting roles. The story of the film is related with unemployment, robbery and drug addiction. This is the culmination of three stories connected interchangeable to each other. All the characters are connected in this story in a peculiar way and contribute their part to precede the story to an interesting climax. Vishnu (Navdeep) was a bright student and passed his degree with a high mark. He is in search of a good job. He had a lover Sri Lakshmi (Pooja Zaveri), who is very rich and she is from a conservative family. They have planned to hide their love from their parents until they get a decent job. Sri lakshmi also tries her best to find a job for her lover. Krishna, who is a daydreamer finds robbery as a shortcut method to become a don in Dubai. He sells all his stole items to a sethji at a reduced price. There appears two drug addicts Rocky and Roshan and they are two ignoramus about the surroundings and always create problems. The twist of the story starts from a series of accidental coincident between these characters and their struggles for survival. In short Bham Bolenath is a dark comedy in Thriller genre. The director succeeded in producing a a kind of genre/comedy which were new to the Telugu audience. But the film received mixed reviews more and was not a super hit at the box office. But the film was noticed as a decent film subjected Drug aditcion and the consequences it arose in the society. Some unemployed youths are easily fascinated by the underwold and find it as an easy way to make money. The film has some exciting moments of comedy. The excessive length and the slow pacing are the main spoilsport of the film. but Isuggest to watch it because of its social message it conveys.
