Bachchan ia a thriller/action/comedy film directed by Raja Chandra and produced by him under the banner of Reliance Entertainment.Jeet and Aindrita are in lead roles in the film. The film Bachchan is the official remake of the Kannada film ‘Vishnuvardhana’.

Jeet plays an entirely different role of a kind hearted real estate business man named vijay Bachchan. Though kindhearted he is brave enough to face any challenging situation and fearless and courageous to face anybody even if he is a don. He had revenge at heart for a don who ill treated and murdered one of his close kin. For that he stole the don’s mobile and the story revolves around this mobile phone in suspense. The don tries to regain his mobile but Vijay plays some tricky apparatus to block him. Anjali is his lover and she is a kind hearted service mind lady. But she did not believe that this policy of her will make her so much trouble in her life.The play moves forward with a lots of twists and to an unecxpected climax.

It received positive reviews more and all praised the role of Jeet and his fabulous performance. He led the film on his shoulders. The same theme was a plot for so many films in the past and it is only the old wine in the new bottle. The heroine part is very less and has no role but to step or dance accordingto the will of the director. But it has all commercial elements like action, thriller, comedy and finally a good climax.
