The third look poster of Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi’s Master has been unveiled by the makers. After Kaithi’s tremendous success at the box office, director Lokesh Kanagaraj took everyone by shock when he signed a film with actor Vijay. Titled Master, the film features a huge star cast including Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj and Arjun Das in the lead roles.

On January 26, the makers of Master have released the third look poster featuring Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi. Even before the announcement was made, Vijay’s ardent fans have started trending #Masterthirdlook on Twitter which had thousands of tweets.

In the newly released poster, Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi are bruised, battered and are all set to fight it out. Their rage is seen in their eyes and the way they express it. As expected, the new poster went viral on social media in just a few minutes since release.

The film’s shoot has been progressing at a swift pace in India. The makers are planning to wrap up the shoot by the end of February so that the film will release sometime in April 2020. Reportedly, the team has locked in April 14 as the release date.

Earlier, there were reports that Master is loosely based on the Korean film titled Silenced. However, Lokesh Kanagaraj denied them as rumours and added that it was his original script. Master, produced by Xavier Britto under his banner XB Film Creators, has music director Anirudh Ravichander, cinematographer Sathyan Sooryan and editor Philomin Raj as part of the technical crew.
