Deepika Padukone made her Bollywood debut alongside Shah Rukh Khan and the two have since shared a close bond. Now something SRK has done has upset Deepika!

Deepika Padukone has made her mark in the Hindi film industry and has most certainly proved her mettle with her stellar acting skills and charming personality. She is also known for her killer looks and fashion forward style. The actress made her Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Farah Khan’s Om Shanti Om, after which the two have even worked together in films including Chennai Express, and Happy New Year and it goes without saying that the two have great on screen chemistry together. They also share a very close and special bond, which is quite evident in the way they express themselves on social media.

During one appearance on Koffee With Karan, Deepika Padukone had to call one friend from the industry and chose to dial Shah Rukh Khan’s number which shows how close the two really are. Now, Shah Rukh Khan seems to have upset Deepika Padukone after his recent post on Twitter. “Did an all nighter….cleaning up my library. A bit shabby & smelling of books, dust and happiness,” he penned on the micro blogging site.

The post was accompanied with a black and white picture of Shah Rukh Khan to which Deepika Padukone responded, “hello! You were supposed to call me!.”

It appears that Shah Rukh Khan got so busy cleaning his library that he forgot to call his dearest Deepika back.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Anand L.Rai’s Zero co-starring Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, and as of now, SRK hasn’t announced his next project. As for Deepika, she is currently shooting for Kabir Khan’s ’83 in which she will be starring alongside her husband, Ranveer Singh, and playing the wife of legendary cricketer, Kapil Dev. She is also gearing up for the release of Meghna Gulzaar’s Chhapaak in which she will essay the role of real life acid attack survivor; Laxmi Agarwal.
