Arjun Kapoor and Kriti Sanon will be seen together on big screen for the first time.

Bollywood filmmakers love to bring on screen fresh pairings, and director Saurabh Shukla is no different. Buzz has it that the filmmaker has roped in Kriti Sanon and Arjun Kapoor for his next film. It’s been a while since many directors have been keen to cast Arjun and Kriti together for their films, but nothing worked out till now.

However, Shukla managed to do bring them together for his film. According to a report in DNA, Arjun has signed on the dotted lines while Kriti has given her nod. However, certain modalities still need to be worked out.The report suggests that film is a social drama with strong content. Taking a cue from Toilet Ek Prem Katha, the makers too wish to blend good content with entertainment.

Earlier, there were talks of Arjun and Kriti joining hands for Farzi , but Arjun bowed out of the project owing to date issues. With Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar and Namastey Canada in his kitty, Arjun has his hands full this mid next year. And it is only after he wraps up these two films that he will begin shooting for the film with Kriti.
