According to a report in the Deccan Chronicle, a close friend of Varun’s family stated that the wedding to take place this year and both the families are preparing for the auspicious occasion.

A friend reveals, “It’s definitely a November wedding for Varun and his girlfriend Natasha. In fact, the two families are quietly preparing for the occasion. Both their mothers have been shopping for months for the wedding,” reports the portal.

The report further added that it will be a destination wedding with few guests attending it, followed by a grand reception in Mumbai.

Last week on Friday, David Dhawan has turned a year older and his son Varun Dhawan has penned a birthday wish for papa dearest on social media.

“Happy birthday papa. You are my No. 1 director,” Varun wrote on Instagram along with a photograph that has him posing with David in Bangkok.

The father-son duo are currently shooting in Bangkok for the remake of the 1995 hit film, Coolie No.1. David had directed the original, featuring Govinda in the starring role, to be reprised by Varun in the remake.
