The makers of Thugs of Hindostan were saving the best for last. And the last motion poster is a cracker of sorts with Aamir Khan taking the centrestage as Firangi in the action-adventure film.

After revealing the looks of commander Khudabaksh (Amitabh Bachchan), dancer Suraiyya Jaan (Katrina Kaif), warrior thug Zafira (Fatima Sana Shaikh) and villain John Clive (Lloyd Owen), they have now unveiled the most-awaited poster.

The 25-second teaser begins with a canon being shot from a ship which soon turns into a label on a liquour bottle that is safely stacked around Aamir’s waist. And that’s when you meet Firangi Mallah.

Handlebar moustache, ruffled hair, rose-tinted glasses, green coat and a big smile. Meet Firangi. The latest thug on board, who looks more cheerful and colourful than any of the characters.

Aamir took to Instagram to share the look and wrote, “This is me. Firangi Mallah. You will not find a more decent person than me. Honesty is my second name and trust is my work.”

Thugs of Hindostan is based on Philip Meadows Taylor’s 1839 novel Confessions of a Thug. Buzz has it that the trailer of Thugs of Hindostan will be out on Yash Chopra’s birth anniversary (September 27).

The film is set to hit the screens on November 8.
