Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Sara Ali Khan; Take A Look At 5 Of The Biggest Clashes Of 2018

52 Weeks are never enough for a film industry as big as Bollywood to give everyone a fair run at the box office. And so, we often see a lot of films clashing with each other to make the most of the dates they have locked. And with 2017 having seen mega clashes like Ajay Devgn’s Golmaal Again and Aamir Khan’s Secret Superstar, the upcoming year seems to be heading in just that direction. Take a look at some of the biggest upcoming clashes in Bollywood this year!

Pad Man – Vishwaroopam 2 – Aiyaary

January 26th is the date locked, and more than one film wants to capitalise on the occasion of Republic Day this time around. And with all three films marginally related to patriotism, this date was always apt for them. Akshay Kumar, Kamal Haasan, and Manoj Bajpayee and Sidharth Malhotra are set to go head on.

2.0 – Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi

Though Kangana Ranaut’s film looks her most promising one in years, so does Rajinikanth’s. And that does not bode too well for Kangana’s Manikarnika. The films will be releasing on April 14, and this one is set to be a mega clash.

Race 3 – Fanne khan

Eid is always Salman Khan’s favourite time of the year to release a blockbuster. However, taking on the challenge head-on, is his ex, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Her film will be the remake of a Hollywood film which contended at the Academy award stage, and this will certainly be an interesting showdown between the two.

Aanand L Rai Film – Kedarnath

It is baffling to think why Sara Ali Khan would want her debut film to release alongside a film as anticipated as this one? And one starring box office king Shah Rukh Khan. Having locked the date of December 21, this is certainly going to go down the wire.

Sadak 2 – Batti Gul Meter Chalu

This could be probably the first time when Sanjay Dutt is clashing with Shahid Kapoor. Both the films look very promising on paper, with Sadak 2 being the sequel to the 1991 thriller Sadak, and Shahid Kapoor’s film also making its own noise.
