Bollywood’s ‘It’ couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone is said to be heading for splitsville after dating for nearly 5 years. The Ram Leela love birds have never shied away from accepting their relationship in public and have been an eye-candy for their frequent public display of affection. The reason cited is that Ranveer wanted to get married, while Deepika was opposed to the idea.

Ranveer Singh has been head over heels for Deepika since they started dating and has flown to her international shooting destinations despite having his own packed-schedule. Even when rumors of Deepika dating her ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ co-star Vin Diesel surfaced, there was no reaction given by Ranveer who has always put Deepika in high respect.

As per sources close to the couple, Deepika’s career is riding high on her Hollywood ventures and Bollywood assignments. A marriage at this time would consume her time and focus. Although both the families are keen on the couple making the relationship last a lifetime, reports do not suggest so. The couple has drifted due to Deepika’s work commitments and if rumor-mills are to be believed Ranveer Singh has started dating someone else.

Now that could be a really sad end to this adorable and successful star-couple. It can just be hoped that the rumors don’t turn out to be true and we get to see the couple back in good times. The couple will share the silver screen again with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati slated for a November release.
